Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the online post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma program offered by SAMBA Academy. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Program Description: The online post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma program is an course designed to provide licensed doctors and medical students with specialized theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the field of aesthetic medicine. The program includes online lectures, assessments and bibliographical references.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the online post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma program, students must meet the following requirements:

-       Possess a valid medical degree from a recognized medical school
-       Have a basic understanding of English or French language, as all program materials and communications will be in English and French.

Program Duration: The program duration for the online post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma is flexible, with no minimum or maximum duration. Students are free to advance through the program materials at their own pace and adapt their study schedule according to their needs. The program is designed to accommodate the students' schedules, allowing them to progress as quickly or as slowly as they wish. 

Program Materials: All program materials, including lectures, assessments, bibliography and references will be provided through the SAMBA online learning platform. Students are required to have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device to access these materials.

Program Fees: The fees for the online post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma program are communicated on the SAMBA Website. Payment with installments is possible.

Program Assessment: The program includes assessments, which may include multiple-choice quizzes, case studies, and research papers. Students must achieve a minimum grade of 70% to pass each assessment.

Program Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a post-graduate aesthetic medicine diploma from SAMBA Academy.

Program Cancellation: The institution reserves the right to cancel the program in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as invalidity of medical degree provided by student.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
